Classroom Helpers

This program will be offered to parents who wish to undertake training in how to support teachers within classrooms in reading, writing, speaking & listening and numeracy. This program will be presented in four modules of one and a half hour duration over four weeks. Once trained, Classroom Helpers will be able to support in any classroom and can be identified by their own school name badges.

Parents who help in classrooms are expected to sign in at the office. Teachers can expect parents who come to their rooms to help will be wearing a visitor’s badge. This is important in our growing school for emergency management procedures.
